Is there disability access at the venues?

Yes.

Where can I park?

At the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck there is no parking for spectators.
At the Olympiaworld the indoor parking garage can be used.
Near the Marktplatz, there are numerous parking garages.

Where can I get tickets?

The ticket sale will be announced on this website. The ticketing is done through Ö-Ticket.

Are there shuttle-busses?

Yes there will be a shuttle service along the following route: Olympiaworld -> Main Train Station -> Marktplatz -> Kletterzentrum Innsbruck. The details will be announced here shortly.

Can I visit the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck during the World Championships?

No. The Kletterzentrum will be closed during the event.

Will there be food and beverages at the venues?

Yes, the Bistro of the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck is open, and outdoors snacks and beverages are available.
Snacks and beverages are also available at the Olympiaworld.

Wie lange brauche ich, um vom Bahnhof zum Veranstaltungsgelände zu gelangen?

By foot, it takes about 25 minutes from the main train station to the Kletterzentrum. 
The Olympiaworld is about 15 Minutes away. The Marktplatz can be reached in roughly 12 Minuten.

Are there ATMs at the venues?

Kletterzentrum:
No. The closest bankomat is at the BAWAG P.S.K. Filiale und Post at Prinz-Eugen-Straße 60.
Olympiaworld:
Yes. At the southern side of the Olympiaworld you find a bankomat.
Marktplatz:
Yes. There are several bankomats at the western side of the Marktplatz.

Are there seats at the venue?

Yes, there will be seats at the Kletterzentrum. Every spot is a seating spot in the Olympiaworld.

When does the venue open?

The venues open 60 minutes before the competitions start. Details about the schedule can be found HERE.

Is there a minimum age for entry?

No.

Are there other limitations about the entry?

Animals are not allowed at the venues, no glass bottles, no glasses, no food or drinks other than what is sold at the venues.

Are there lockers, or where can I deposit my backpack?

No.

I am I allowed to take photos or film at the venue?

Filming and photography is only allowed for private use. In order to film for commercial purposes, you need a media accreditation.

Is the spectator area protected from the elements?

Kletterzentrum: No.
Olympiaworld: Yes.

Do I have to arrive early to get a spot?

It is recommended that you buy your ticket for semi finals and finals prior to the event. Tickets can be bought at the venue (Olympiaworld). Entry to qualification rounds at the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck is free. First come, first serve.

German and English
